In the first week
of January 2006 I received a call from Jackie (not her real name) wanting
an appointment as soon as possible. She had to be taken to hospital
on New Year's day suffering from acute chest pains. She said it was
an angina attack because of the stress she was under from entertaining
her family at their traditional New Year's gathering.

 ....I was still shaking but calm enough to start observing myself
again, to note what I was doing and to have some conscious thought
about it all and one of the very first thoughts I had was that I had
engaged in the EFT “ritual” without a thought, when I was quite
incapable of thought, automatically....
